We are a wholesaler company, we only supply printed promotional gifts to companies and organisations with a tax number.

What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order value is HUF 25 000 net. For certain products - e.g. custom made production - the minimum orderable quantity is the quantity specified by our supplier.

Can you give me a quote for products that are not listed on the webshop?
Yes. Ask a quote even if you can't find the product you're looking for in our webshop. Please send a photo of the item and provide all the information you know about it.

Why is it worth ordering on the web?
When ordering on the webshop, we offer an additional 2% discount on top of the regular discount.

Is it worth asking for a quote or can I use the prices on the web?
In the webshop, you will always see the current discounted prices for the most common printing technics and for average quantities. You should ask for a quote if the cost of imprint cannot be calculated using the automatic calculator: for example, you need more than one place to apply the logo, or you want to order more than one colour of a model with the same graphic or you want to order more than the discount tiers indicate.

Questions about products
Can you show me a sample before I place order?
A large number of products are available as samples (about 6000 samples in total), which can be borrowed for an agreed period of time. If a sample is not returned to us, we will invoice it you. Visit our showroom in case you want to check out many samples.

Is there a guarantee on the products?
Damaged, defected or malfunctioning products can be returned, exchanged or credited.

Which products are subject to royalties?
Products suitable for data storage (e.g. flash drives) are subject to royalties under Hungarian law, depending on capacity. The royalty is not included in the prices shown in our webshop and will be indicated in the order confirmation. If you were exporting these products you have to check the royalty obligations in the destination country.

How can it happen that apparently the same product is listed on the webshop with different article numbers and at different prices?
We are the exclusive distributor in Hungary for several large promotional products distributors, whose offerings may overlap, especially for the most popular products. In our webshop, we show products even if there is an alternative, as these products may differ in quality and price.

What is the difference between products with CD and non-CD article numbers?
The most popular products are sourced directly from China and are marked with a CD code at the end of the item number. In case of temporary stock shortages, the same products of the same quality can be obtained from a European warehouse at a higher price.

Logo issues
Where can I see the imprint deadlines? How long does it take to make the decoration?
The delivery date depends on many factors: quantity, availability of graphics, technology and seasonality, so we do not yet show the delivery date in the webshop. When placing an order, please check the deadline with your account manager.

Do you make artwork before the imprint process?
We will prepare a visual design for you if you place an order with us. Once the artwork is approved, we will start decorating the ordered quantity. After the visualisation plan has been approved, no changes can be made.

Can I see a printed sample before ordering? Is there an extra cost?
If necessary, we can provide a printed sample. An artwork and a blank sample is usually sufficient assurance of the final result, but for large quantities of decorations with many colours we ourselves think that a printed sample is necessary. In such cases we do not charge extra for the sample. For low volume orders, we will charge a sample printing fee, which is all the cost of printing 1 pc.

Do you imprint products that were not purchased from you?
Only products purchased from Reklámajándék.hu can be printed in our printing workshop. This way we can replace the product immediatelly in case of printing mistake or damaged product. We will be happy to recommend printing workshops with whom you can directly arrange the labelling of products purchased elsewhere.

Why do you deliver fewer printed products than the quantity ordered?
During the printing process each product is handled, unpackaged, packed one by one. The goods might be damaged, a quality problem may be discovered, or human error may occur during the printing process. In this case, if we are unable to replace the defective item immediately because we do not have it in stock locally, the lower quantity will be delivered and invoiced. If you wish to receive an exact quantity, please let our colleague know when placing your order. This may cause a delay in the delivery date.

Can I buy without decoration?
Yes, you can buy blank items. But in case you are not buying for promotional purposes but wish to retail the products, you will be responsible for the related legal obligations.

Where can I upload the logo?
In the webshop, you can upload the file after adding the product to your shopping cart.

Can I have colored engravement?
Engraving
carves
the top layer of the product using conventional or laser technology. The colour of the engraved surface is determined by the colour of the material underneath the upper surface. Unlike other technologies, engraving is not printing and therefore colour cannot be requested.

What is the difference between screen printing and pad printing?
Small prints can be made on slightly curved surfaces using the pad printing technique. Thin lines and fine graphics can also be beautifully printed using this technology. Screen and transfer printing can be used to print logos on textiles up to A4 size. You can find out more about all the technologies here:

How long does it take for metal products to dry in case of padprinting?
Metal products are not immediately repackaged after padprint, as the print needs 4-5 days to dry for durability. The imprint can be easily rubbed off a metal product that has been repackaged immediately.

Are decaled mugs dishwasher safe?
The decoration of ceramic mugs is dishwasher safe. Decorating is done by high-fire at 800 degrees on porcelain and ceramics. The paint is fixed in the product material, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of Pantone colours. The preparation time is longer compared to low-heat firing. It is mainly used for cups and interior emblems.Low-heat firing is done at 180 degrees. In that case the print is fixed with a protective sheets. The same process can be used on ceramics, porcelain, glass and metal. The correctness of Pantone colours is guaranteed (except for certain metal products). Do you absolutely need vector graphics for decoration?
For high quality imprint, it is essential that you upload or send your logo or graphic in vector graphics format (.cdr, .ai, .eps or .pdf). For non-direct colour printing (i.e. four-colour printing), please provide a file with a resolution of at least 300 dpi (.jpg, .tif, .psd, .gif).

Do you offer anonymous parcel delivery?
Yes, we can send anonymous parcels if needed. Please indicate your request to your account manager when placing your order.

How can I pick up my ready order?
You can pick up the products in person on working days between 8.00 and 18.00, or we can arrange the delivery by courier service. The cost depends on the number of parcels and the value of the order.

How do I know if a product is in stock?
In the webshop by clicking on the selected product, the STOCK INFO field shows the current stock status. The data is updated every hour.

Can you let me know the exact time of delivery?
We cannot predict the exact time of the shipment arrival by hours and minutes. We plan the transport with economic and ecological considerations in mind and deliver the orders according to this plan. If you give us your telephone number and indicate in advance that you would like to receive a call before the delivery, the carrier will let you know when the parcel arrives.

Can I pay online by credit card?
The final amount of the order depends on many factors: it may vary from the online order, for example, due to the logos and the availability of the products. We therefore do not wish to ask for an advance payment when you place your order, but only after the order has been finalised, based on the invoice issued by the account manager.
